Charity Work in the UK & Around the World
My chosen Charity is The Lullaby Trust ….…
In 1977 on February 13th our son died as a result of “Cot Death” The organisation now known as The Lullaby Trust does tremendous work in the field of Safer Sleep for Babies.
When competing in the 7 Marathons in 7 Days for 7 Charities, #7x7x7 …..
Marathon number 5 was run with The Lullaby Trust as the nominated Charity. This a fabulous charity run by very caring people and I am very happy to be associated with them.

Everyone Can Make A Difference
Life has dealt many of us all blows at times in life, it’s how we adapt and learn from each hurdle that arrives. The one thing I have already learnt from experience is to Be The Difference when possible………
“A Smile costs nothing….but it can make the difference in someone elses day.”
